Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over $100 (or local currency equivalent)
- For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and parcel weight
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Romania: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days

For deliveries outside the EU, customs or import duties may be applied by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
